Your follow-up session will take place over video chat. When you book online, you'll automatically receive a Google Meet link via email. No app downloads are needed—just click the link at the start of your session, and it will open right in your browser :)

It depends. If you're unsure of your exact birth time, reach out to me before booking. I can check how much your chart shifts throughout the day. For many people, the larger key details remain consistent, so there’s still plenty to gain from a reading.

What exactly do I receive with the audio reading?

You’ll receive a personalized, high-quality audio recording - like a private podcast episode - where I guide you through the foundational elements of your Human Design chart.

We’ll cover your Aura Type & Strategy, Inner Authority (how you’re designed to make aligned decisions), Profile, Defined Energy Centres, Channels, and Active Gates, as well as insights into any Undefined/Open Centres and Dormant Gates.

The recording is clearly organized into sections so you can easily revisit specific aspects of your design whenever you need to - it’s a resource you can return to again and again.

If you choose to book a follow-up session, we can go even deeper into layers like your Incarnation Cross (life purpose) and Nodal Environment (the energetic conditions that best support you in living that purpose).

Do I need to know anything about Human Design beforehand?

Not at all. The audio is designed to meet you exactly where you are - whether you’re brand new or already exploring your chart.

Can I book a follow-up call without getting the audio reading?

Follow-up sessions are only available to those who’ve received a Foundations First audio reading - this ensures we’re starting from a shared understanding of your chart.
